Most standard orders return in 24-48 hours. Delicates take 48-72 hours because they flat-dry. Bed linens return in roughly 48 hours.

A wash for fabrics that resent being machine-washed.
Each piece is washed in its own basin, in lukewarm water (28°C) with a quarter-dose of the wash agent. Silk and wool are massaged, not scrubbed. We use no fabric softener, ever - your silk will be soft because silk is soft.
Drying happens flat, on unbleached cotton sheets, in a low-humidity room. We do not hang knits. Pieces are returned in tissue, folded once.
