What it is
A standard wash, but slower.
You hand us a bundle. We weigh it on the same scale we have used since 2019. The wash runs cold, the line runs north, and the fold runs by hand.
We pre-treat anything that needs it with a soft brush, a 5% wash-agent solution, and no chlorine. We sort by colour and fibre. The same plant-based agent is used on every load.

- Line-dry, north-facingCotton line on the balcony. Trade-wind dries a shirt in about ninety minutes. Heat-pump backup at 45°C.
- Hand-folded on paperEach stack rests on unbleached kraft paper. A hand-stamped care card sits on top.
- Returned in the same toteCotton tote, your name on it. We wash totes twice a year and patch them as they need.
